David & Carla Spear

David Spear is the Senior Pastor of Calvary Chapel of Manassas. He and his wife Carla have been residing and ministering together in the Manassas area since 1993. The Lord has blessed them with 8 wonderful children. Dave's passion in ministry is to equip God's people for the work of the ministry by consistently providing them nourishment from Gods Word.
As the saying goes "Healthy sheep produce healthy sheep."

Reggie & Cindy Bembry

Reggie Bembry serves as an elder at CCOM. His desire is to see all come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Reggie serves with his wife Cindy and daughter Simone.

Jason & Tiffani Graves

Married in August 1987, Jason and Tiffani have made CCoM their church home since November 1998. Jason is the Worship Leader at CCoM. He loves to raise up young "musicianaries", mixing them in with the adults on the worship team.  This promotes a healthy "family table" atmosphere in worship, instead of separating with an "us versus them" mentality. Jason & Tiffani take an active role in our marriage ministry, calling on believers everywhere to honor marriage covenants made before a Holy God. Their marriage testimony gives glory to God - demonstrating that GOD IS CAPABLE of healing both the hardest, and the most broken, of hearts. (Isaiah 43:18-19) They also have two grown children (and a daughter-in-love), four children still being nurtured at home, and a granddaughter.

Ricky and Tonya Irving

Ricky Irving is a Deacon at CCoM. He and his wife Tonya of 24 years have 5 beautiful children: Aaron, Chris, Sadie, Alyza and Jada. Ricky coordinates and oversees the childrens ministry to include teaching Sunday school, teaches inmates for the Good News and Jail Ministry, and backup vocals for the praise team. Ricky believes in total submission to servanthood in all capacities for the body of Jesus Christ.
"For He that is called in the Lord, being a servant, is the Lord's freeman: likewise also he that is called, being free is Christ's servant." (1 Cor 7:22.)

Corey and Theresa Clinton

Corey Clinton has worshiped at CCoM since 2007. During this time, he has served as an Usher, Media Ministry and Deacon. Corey and his wife Theresa are blessed with a daughter Janelle and four grandchildren, son Kyle and granddaughter.
