File Types
The folowing chart identifies the various types of files that are represented on our website:

Adobe Acrobat |
PDF format allows you to view and print a copy of the document in the same format and pagination as the original document. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view these files. If you do not already have the reader installed, you may download it at no cost from Adobe. |

Microsoft Word |
If you do not have a software package that can read Microsoft Word files, you may download the Microsoft Viewer for Word from Microsoft's web site to read these files. We are currently using the most recent version of Word. |
Instructions for Downloading Files
Download Instructions for Internet Explorer:
- Right click on the link to the file you wish to download.
- Choose "Save Target As" from the menu.
- Your browser will display a "Save As" dialog box. Note the Save In folder to which the file will be copied and the file name. Click the "OK" button.
- When the copying process has finished, you may use the appropriate software package to open the file from the folder/filename noted above.
Note: Depending on your software, clicking on the link to a file with a .DOC extension with the left mouse button may result in an attempt to open the file in Word instead of downloading the file.
Download Instructions for Netscape Navigator:
- Right click on the link to the file you wish to download.
- Choose "Save Link As" from the menu.
- Your browser will display a "Save As" dialog box. Note the drive and directory to which the file will be copied and the file name. Click the "OK" button.
- When the copying process has finished, you may use the appropriate software package to open the file from the folder/filename noted above.
Instructions for Reading Files
Please read the following instructions if you are unfamiliar with reading files downloaded from our web site:
After the file has been downloaded, it may be opened with the appropriate type of software package (word processing, spreadsheet, etc.). Most newer packages will convert these files, if needed, as you open them.
If the downloaded file has a .DOC extension and your word processing package cannot convert the file, you may download the Microsoft Viewer for Word from Microsoft's site and install it on your pc. From this program, you may open the .DOC file you downloaded from our site to read it.
If the downloaded file has a .PDF extension, you may download Acrobat Reader from Adobe's site and install it on your pc. You can either open the file from the reader or by double-clicking on the downloaded file.
