Childrens Ministry

Children's Ministry

VISION: As pastors, leaders, teachers, and parents we desire to see the next generation genuinely discipled to have a close relationship to God through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth (3John1:4). We also have a long term “generational vision” to equip them for service in ministry, and to raise up another Godly generation of children, our grandchildren. But the lovingkindness of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness to children's children (Psa 103:17).

Objectives:

1) To teach Biblical principles and application of the doctrines of the Holy Bible throughout everyday life.
2) To train up our children to “walk in the Spirit” and live the Word.
3) To disciple children who do not receive Biblical training at home, and in public school.
4) To prepare children to be accountable for their own relationship with God, through Jesus, and become part of the body of Christ; this includes preparing them to serve in ministry,  attend all services, and fellowship with the body as adults.
5) To enable children to evangelize the lost and defend their faith in the world.

See Pastor Mark or Sue Wood for more information.
